Production & Shipping Policy

Production Timeline

Every figure is made to order. Please allow 5 to 8 weeks from your order date for prep, assembly, hand-painting, and protective sealing before your item is dispatched. You will receive regular progress updates on your figure as it moves through the studio build workflow.

Shipping Methods & Destinations

• Domestic (UK): Orders are securely packaged with specialized protective layers and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked service.

• International (USA, Canada, etc.): We ship internationally to selected countries. Parcels are sent via tracked shipping services.

  
  

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the UK, items may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or brokerage fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office upon entry into your country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. The buyer is solely responsible for paying any extra import duties or customs clearance charges required upon arrival.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Made-to-Order

Because every collectible is a custom, hand-painted commission made to order, all sales are final and non-refundable once production begins. Cancellations or returns for change of mind cannot be accepted.

Order Issues

If you encounter any issue with your order upon delivery:

1. Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at wildsoulslow.co.uk or via Instagram @wildsoulslow.

2. Include your order number, clear photos of the shipping box, and clear photos of the affected figure or component.

We will work with you directly to resolve any legitimate damage claims promptly.
